Customer Service Representative

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Customer Service Representatives in the Fall River, MA area. Customer Service Representative acts as the primary link between the manufacturing/distribution facility and the clients. The role focuses on processing orders, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive customer relations regarding personal care and soap products.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and track customer orders, monitor shipments, and handle billing inquiries.
• Respond promptly to customer emails and phone calls with professionalism.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, including damaged goods and incorrect orders, in a timely and fair manner.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of soap and toiletry lines to effectively answer customer questions.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and order entry platforms.
