We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fry Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is experienced in preparing fried menu items in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining consistency, food quality, and safety standards. The Fry Cook plays a key role in delivering timely, high-quality food and supporting overall kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook fried menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Monitor fryer temperatures and cooking times to ensure food is cooked safely and consistently.
  • Maintain oil quality by following established filtering and replacement procedures.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Keep the fry station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures.
  • Experience using kitchen utensils and equipment.
