As Sous Chef, you're the second-in-command in our kitchen. You'll manage daily operations, oversee line cooks, ensure quality consistency, handle staff issues, and occasionally cover for the head chef. This role requires both culinary excellence and leadership capability.
You'll be responsible for making sure every plate leaving the kitchen meets our standards, every cook understands expectations, and service runs smoothly.
