Sous Chef Position

As Sous Chef, you're the second-in-command in our kitchen. You'll manage daily operations, oversee line cooks, ensure quality consistency, handle staff issues, and occasionally cover for the head chef. This role requires both culinary excellence and leadership capability.

You'll be responsible for making sure every plate leaving the kitchen meets our standards, every cook understands expectations, and service runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee kitchen staff and operations
  • Manage line cooks and assign stations
  • Ensure quality consistency across all plates
  • Conduct line check and food safety inspections
  • Train and mentor culinary staff
  • Coordinate with chef on specials/changes

Requirements
