Job Details

Responsibilities:* Report to work at the assigned time in uniform, with name tag, state badge and P.O.S Computer card.* Read Bulletin Board on Daily Basis in order to remain current on information regarding the day's business.* Does a Daily Opening & Closing Requisition for ordering for beverage supplies.* Welcomes guest upon arrival in a polite and professional manner* Knows how to properly check Guest ID's for serving of all alcoholic beverages.* Prepare non-alcoholic beverages and garnish each beverage according to standard recipe.* Provides fast (10 minute or less round time), friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and carries full trays on every round.* Takes drink orders, communicates with bartender, assists in the preparation of drinks and presents drinks to guests* Maintains clean and stocked workstation* Handles money according to proper cash handling policy* Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines* Promotes all casino events, programs and amenitiesWorks well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisor* Provides personalized service and uses guest name* Resolves service problems according to guidelines* Should have knowledge of liquor law of state and company policies.* Any other duties assigned by your supervisor* Report to work at the assigned time, on uniform, with name tag, State Service License, and P.O.S. computer card as needed* Read Daily information in order to stay current and up to date regarding daily businessWORKING CONDITIONS:May be exposed to noise, smoke, and odors.
