Position Information Title Work Study Peer Liaison Position Description The Pride Center at Bridgewater State University is to support LGBTQIA students and their peers, and to foster a campus climate of inclusion and equity. Pride Center Peer Liaisons will set the tone for the daily activities in the Pride Center, along with gatherings and events. They welcome visitors/attendees and ensure that all visitors/attendees are included and feel safe and respected while attending programs and events hosted by the Center. Peer Liaisons will also: connect student visitors/attendees to Pride Center and other campus resources as appropriate host and promote Pride Center gatherings, meetings, and events as approved by the director other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, including but not limited to sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, race and ethnicity, disability, socioeconomic status, citizenship, and religion.
