Job Title: Polishing Associate
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Essential Responsibilities

• Support all activities in the Polishing Department, including:

  • Polish brass, silver, and gold parts using various polishing wheels, abrasives, and compounds.

  • Inspect finished work to ensure visual quality standards are met.

  • Apply different polishing techniques to achieve mirror-like finishes.

  • Follow all safety rules and guidelines.

  • Maintain personal responsibility for high-quality output.

• Cross-train in other departments as needed.

Job Requirements

• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

• Prior jewelry/precious metals polishing expereince and familiarity with operating manufacturing machinery.

• Strong interpersonal skills to develop effective working relationships.

• Ability to quickly learn and judge acceptable quality parameters.

• Basic computer literacy and ability to work within manufacturing software.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to identify issues.

• Willingness to learn from mistakes and take ownership.

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
