Sourcing Specialist (Hybrid Fall River, MA)
Schedule: In-office Tuesdays & Thursdays | Remote: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

About the Role
D2G Group is hiring a Sourcing Specialist to lead sourcing execution across key product categories.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on driving cost, quality, and speed-to-market
outcomes.

You ll partner cross-functionally with Category Management, Product Development, Quality, Logistics, and Marketing to bring products from concept to market efficiently and competitively.

This role offers a high level of ownership and is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to commute to our Fall River, MA office for in-person collaboration on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What You ll Do

• Execute sourcing strategies aligned with category goals (cost, quality, lead time)Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms for new and existing products
• Build and maintain costing and margin tracking
• Support product development, samples, approvals, and launches
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes
• Monitor supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities

What We re Looking For

• 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
• Strong negotiation and supplier management experience
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Independent, self-starter who takes ownership and drives results
• Bachelor s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field

Compensation

• Starting at $75,000+ annually, with higher compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
• In accordance with Massachusetts pay transparency requirements, this role has a minimum base salary of $75,000.
• Final compensation will be based on experience, expertise, and internal equity.
