HCR JR, INC. located in Woods Hole, MA, on Cape Cod in Barnstable County: Temporary, Full-time, 04/01/2026-12/31/2026, at least 40 hours a week for 5 days a week. Shift required to work is Monday through Friday 8am-4pm. (13) Openings. Will train to maintain gardens and lawn including mowing grass and trimming, mulching beds, trimming and pruning trees and bushes, watering lawns and gardens, raking, weeding, cleaning and removing leaves as needed, planting and installing sod. Transportation is provided by motor vehicle daily from central location to various work sites. $23.57 per hour. Overtime is not available. No education or prior work experience is required. On the job training is provided. Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68 per day with receipts. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Employer will use a single workweek for computing wages starting Friday at 12:01 am and ending Thursday at 11:59 pm and the employee will be paid on Monday (bi-weekly) by company check. H-2B workers will be provided with reimbursement by company check during the first workweek for visa, visa processing and related costs, except passport costs. All deductions required by law will be deducted bi-weekly. Lodging may be available through employer. Housing is not provided by employer.
