Structured Finance Of Counsel

Location:

Hybrid - NY, DC, IL, CA, PA, MA

Responsibilities:

• Focus on structured finance, securitization, and CLO transactions.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on complex structured finance matters.
• Draft and negotiate relevant transaction documents and agreements.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to structure and execute financial transactions.
• Manage and oversee the legal aspects of structured finance projects.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where applying.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO transactions.
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, business judgment, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
• Deliver high-quality, accurate work products promptly.
• Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
• Foster positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and expectations.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
