Job Summary

Were seeking a talented and driven Social Media Specialist to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms. This role will play a key part in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting marketing objectives through creative content and consistent messaging.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor social channels daily, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools; prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales, etc.) to support campaigns and promotions.
• Manage social media calendar and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Assist in creating social media ads and boosting posts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, content trends, and social media algorithms.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Photography, video editing, or content creation experience is a plus.
