Responsibilities

  • Achieve clinic and territory revenue objectives.
  • Build collaborative relationships with the Hanger Clinic team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from existing referral sources and generate new referral source sales.
  • Work in hospital, skilled nursing, and rehab type facilities; complete all vendor credentialing.
  • Develop a Sales/Growth/Business plan for each clinic in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and expand existing referral sources; provide service support, follow up, and facilitate solutions around customer service challenges.
  • Close sales transactions, monitor business, and maintain regular follow‑ups to secure business.
  • Develop account management plans to measure and monitor business flow from key referral sources.
  • Monitor territory performance through regular referral reports and conduct quarterly business reviews with internal management.
  • Achieve new referral source sales objectives: at least 40 sales calls and 2 in‑services per week, extensive new referral source development, and a strong pipeline of potential new prospects.
  • Support new hire onboarding and training of BDAs & BDMs, including field rides and internal collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience preferred in the healthcare industry or 1 year as a BDA.
  • A valid driver's license and driving record within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.

Salary & Benefits

Massachusetts State Only: Pay range of $61,500.00 – $90,000.00 yearly + bonus + commission + benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with Massachusetts State Law and varies based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location, and other factors.
