Wilcox & Barton, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Managerwith 5-8 years of experience to join our collaborative, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities

• Manage environmental assessment and remediation projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate and mentor cross-functional project teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Prepare and review high-quality technical reports, proposals, and regulatory submittals
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations
• Support and occasionally lead fieldwork including site investigations and remediation oversight
• Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain strong client communication and relationships, and contribute to business development

Preferred Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional experience in environmental consulting, engineering, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Civil or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Progress toward or interest in LSP (Licensed Site Professional) certification highly desirable
• Excellentverbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong workingknowledge of the MCP (Massachusetts Contingency Plan) and associated guidance
• Familiarity with other regulatory programs (RCRA, CERCLA, NPDES)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Proficiency with AutoCAD, GIS, or similar tools is a plus
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
