Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Bilingual HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing facility. This role drives employee engagement, supports operational goals, and delivers responsive, hands-on HR support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality HR service and support a broad range of HR responsibilities.
- Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to frontline supervisors and employees, with a primary focus on employee relationsproviding guidance, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and proactive issue management in a union setting.
- Partner with all levels of employees, primarily supervisors and individual contributors, to enhance the employee experience and support the business strategy through HR activities.
- Respond swiftly to employee concerns, coach leaders on performance and conduct, and help maintain a positive and compliant workplace culture.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support end-to-end staffingrecruiting, onboarding, internal movement, and building external and internal pipelines to meet ongoing labor needs.
- Operate with urgency and adaptability in a high-volume, fast-changing environment, managing multiple priorities and day-to-day demands.
- Implement existing and new HR programs that support business and workforce strategies, including performance management, employee development, and change management initiatives.
- Help prepare the workforce for operational changes by executing change readiness and organizational effectiveness activities.
- Contribute to culture-building efforts and create meaningful team member experiences to support engagement and retention.
- Ensure HR practices align with company values, labor laws, and operational goals.
Additional Responsibilities
- Reprioritize actions for immediate implementation of ad-hoc topics or assignments.
- Execute existing and new HR solutions and capabilities.
- Maintain awareness of local market trends and factors that could impact business success and make appropriate recommendations.
- Help achieve financial goals by executing lifecycle people solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 4+ years in progressive HR with heavy hourly employee populations.
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Professional certification strongly preferred.
