Overview
The Human Resources Administrator provides support in functional areas of the HR Department, which include recruitment, administration and coordination of benefits administration and performance evaluations, and provides translations for employees and in other areas as needed. This position is responsible to support, maintain and enhance the organization's human resources department by planning, coordinating and implementing the human resources policies, programs, and best practices. Maintaining open communication with HR Manager of any potential problems or deadline issues in a timely manner.
