Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional technical or trade certifications a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and/or housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and housekeeping best practices
- Familiarity with ADA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed
- Compassionate and respectful attitude toward individuals with disabilities
Schedule
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (flexible schedule), on‑site role.

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Housekeeping
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance and housekeeping across all facilities and employee housing
- Conduct inspections, manage vendors, and ensure compliance with safety and accessibility standards
- Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and respond to emergency issues
Team Leadership
- Hire, train, and supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff
- Create schedules, provide coaching, and foster a professional, compassionate team environment
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Develop workplace safety programs and participate in emergency preparedness planning
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and inspections
Other Duties
- Support agency mission and teamwork
- Attend mandatory trainings and perform additional duties as assigned
