Territory Manager - Oregon/Idaho at BD

Position Scope — Collaborate with nursing leaders, physicians, supply chain, contracts, customer care, marketing, medical affairs, and key decision-makers in acute and non-acute settings.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Drive sales revenue to exceed prioritized targets within assigned accounts.
  • Apply data analytics to identify growth opportunities with current and new customers in GOVT PureWick.
  • Craft monthly, quarterly, and annual plans built to meet and exceed territory quota targets.
  • Develop and nurture strategic business relationships in key accounts and influential urologists who prescribe Purewick products at home and ISC devices for our veterans.
  • Develop and partner with local VA and VA SCI Spoke and hubs to drive urology portfolio sales.
  • Perform product demonstrations, customer education, and in-service as required or requested.
  • Coordinate with dedicated Documentation Coordinator and regional supervisors.
  • Complete requested and required administrative duties in a timely manner, including call reports, monthly results reports, and additional items as assigned.
  • Attend and represent BD at local, regional, and national medical conferences.
  • Visit Acute VA medical centers and LTACHs to educate on BD urology products and collaborate with KDMs for revenue growth.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or 4 years of military experience required.
  • One to three years of sales experience; medical device preferred.
  • Government/Military experience preferred.Ability to pass GOVT vendor credentialing/clearance.
  • Required to live within territory.
  • Travel (75% including overnight travel) within their assigned region.

  • Salesforce.com experience preferred.
