The Manager of Recruitment is responsible for managing all recruitment, hiring, and onboarding efforts at The Overlook, consistent with The Overlook's Guiding Principles and business goals. In conjunction with the Senior Director of People and Culture, the Manager of Recruitment will assess and analyze the ever-changing recruitment landscape, develop and implement a long-term and short-term Pipeline Strategy, and create reports, tools, and systems that streamline the hiring process, leading to effective hiring decisions and optimizing the recruitment and hiring process.
