Scope:

1. Develop comprehensive communications plans, including strategy, KPIs, goals, budget, and tactics.
2. Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points.
3. Formulate media relations strategies to secure high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media.
4. Coordinate all public relations activities to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
5. Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within the business and industry media.
6. Manage media inquiries and interview requests in a professional and timely manner.
7. Create compelling content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations.
8. Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results effectively to stakeholders.
9. Evaluate ongoing opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising.
10. Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction.
11. Build relationships with industry thought leaders to enhance awareness and thought leadership.
12. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and recommend communication strategies accordingly.
13. Share market intelligence with clients to influence communication strategies.
14. Measure and report on the effectiveness of each PR campaign.
15. Develop and implement crisis communication strategies as needed.
16. Participate in new business initiatives, including drafting proposals and delivering presentations.
17. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and generate innovative ideas.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years of experience as a Public Relations Specialist.
2. Proven success in designing and executing public relations campaigns.
3. Strong relationships with local business and industry media outlets.
4. Exceptional writing and editing skills in Greek and English.
5. Experience with social media platforms such as blogs, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
6. Event planning experience.
7. BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
9. Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
10. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
