This position comes with existing clients already on the schedule, providing a reliable starting point as you join our team. You'll be stepping into a well-established training environment with active clients ready to work with you.
- Hiring for:
- Monday and Wednesday Morning/Daytime
- Tuesday and Thursday Evenings

Based on certification, education, and experience. - Opportunity to grow schedule
- Competitive base pay (not commission-based)

- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs
- Lead private and virtual training sessions
- Keep clients motivated, safe, and on track with their goals
- Foster a clean, positive, and inclusive training environment
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure client success
- Represent Fitness Together with professionalism and care
- National Certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, CSCS - Required)
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certified
- 6+ months of training experience and program design
- Strong understanding of injury prevention and special populations
- Excellent communication and empathy
- Passion for helping others live healthier lives
- Bachelor's in Exercise Science or related field (preferred but not required)
