Key Accountabilities

Annual Business Planning

  • Work with executive management team to define strategic objectives, set targets, establish initiatives to achieve those targets and identify interdepartmental dependencies
  • Prioritize initiatives, in support of the executive team, considering ROI
  • Partner with FP&A to ensure agreed-upon initiatives are reflected in annual budgets
  • Produce report / visualization of annual business plan
  • Work with executive team to ensure proper cascading of actions throughout the business, considering inter-departmental dependencies

Business Plan Administration

  • Establish an efficient process to keep business plan updated
  • Report on the status of initiatives (progress reporting), in collaboration with the executive team, on a monthly basis

Business Transformation

  • Provide project management support and/or advisory services on business-enabling / transformational projects
  • Maintain project management documentation to ensure high levels of visibility into complex projects with interdepartmental dependencies, while facilitating communication among workstream leaders
  • Drive change management communications in partnership with internal communications team and in support of the project's executive sponsor

Other Duties as Assigned

  • Support Chief Performance Officer on special projects related to strategic planning, performance improvement and/or business enablement
