We're seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, with full P&L responsibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, and managing costs to achieve profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. P&L Management:

- Develop and manage plant budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

- Ensure profitability targets are met through cost control and revenue growth.

2. Production Operations:

- Ensure efficient production processes and maintain high-quality standards.

- Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

3. Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead and develop a team of production supervisors, quality assurance personnel, and manufacturing staff.

- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

4. Quality and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

- Implement and maintain quality management systems.

5. Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve profitability.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

6. Supply Chain Management:

- Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

2. Proven experience in manufacturing operations management with P&L responsibility.

3. Strong financial management and analytical skills.

4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

5. Knowledge of industry regulations and quality management systems.
