  • Use your business, sales, and marketing skills to grow KinderCare's presence in the community, leading to increased enrollment

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least one year of solid leadership experience, with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
  • Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Budget and financial accountability experience, with revenue generation preferred
  • Knowledge of NAEYC/NAC standards and state licensing requirements is preferred
  • Ability to meet state-specific guidelines for the role
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills, ability to lift at least 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
  • Ability to assume low postures to maintain visual contact with children, and engage in physical activity
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with children and parents
  • This role requires on-site work at the center daily
