Role Overview


Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an Executive Chef 2 to join our team at Bristol Myers Squibb in Devens, MA. The current food services include a Cafe open for Breakfast and Lunch, Micro-Market, Office Coffee Services, and Catering Operations.

The Executive Chef 2 serves as the lead Culinarian, overseeing daily food production for the operation.


Incentives


Primarily a Monday-Friday schedule from 6 am to 3:30 pm, with occasional evenings and weekends.

What You'll Do


  • Menu planning
  • Ordering and inventory management
  • Food cost control
  • Hands-on cooking (50% of the time)
  • Catering production
  • Safety and sanitation compliance
  • Managing a team of 6 hourly employees (5 cooks and 1 utility)
  • Assuming GM duties in their absence

Qualifications & Requirements


Minimum Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience: 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience: 2 years in food or culinary services, including restaurants, catering, institutional, or similar settings
