As a Store Manager, you will empower your team to achieve outstanding operational results while delivering excellent customer service. Pittsburgh Paints Company is hiring a motivated Store Manager. You will report to the Operations Manager and work on-site 100% of the time in Brockton, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales and profit goals by controlling expenses, working capital, inventory, shrinkage, and growing net contribution.
2. Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer issues efficiently.
3. Lead and engage staff through training, mentoring, motivating, and resolving issues.
4. Understand the local market, operations-based selling, and customer base.
5. Ensure the store's exterior and interior appearance, including merchandising displays, meet standards.

Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of retail store experience.
2. Knowledge of paint and sundries is a plus.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
4. Flexible availability, minimum 45 hours/week, valid driver's license.
5. Ability to lift up to 80 pounds infrequently and 40-60 pounds daily.
6. Consent to background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle record checks.
